Tonight there is more World Cup Qualifying action, with matches involving Sweden, Denmark, Colombia and Argentina amongst others. Sweden will be hoping for an emphatic victory against the minnows of Group C, the Faroe Islands. A win will see them draw level on points with second-placed Austria and they will look to make inroads into the gap in goal difference, which currently stands 8 goals in Austria’s favour.
Denmark are in just as much need of a win, and if they can dispatch of Armenia at home then they will move to within one point of second-placed Bulgaria in Group B.
Over in South America Argentina travel to Ecuador knowing that a win will put an 8-point gap between them and the hosts at the top of the Qualifying Group. Colombia are currently level on points with Ecuador, and will hope for a relatively straight-forward win at home to Peru to cement second place.
